At Zeus and Furiends, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy. Additionally if the item you purchased is the wrong size we will happily exchange it for the correct size free of charge.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at domzeusandfuriends@gmail.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 5/237 Blaxland Road, 5, Ryde NSW 2112, Australia.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
